The quality and workmanship of these shoes are excellent, but they are much heavier,  bulkier and stiffer than I had expected.  I tried one on,  it was  painful and I won't try to wear them.  They are as described, and  the size should have fit, but not my old feet which are just not the right shape.  
I shall return these shoes with further explanation.  
My return is not the fault of the company or the shoes.  The service from Rothco is excellent and I will whole-heartedly recommend the company.

Shoes are well-constructed. Description on the box says "leather," but it looks like bonded leather. As a result, they will not be easy to "break in." They will hold a bright shine, however.
